What is not to love about this gorgeous child's sweater from Sue Stratford?
This sweater is worked in pieces. The front and back are worked and then joined at the shoulders with a three-needle cast off. The stitches for the sleeves are picked up and worked down towards the cuff. The collar ribbing features an i-cord cast off and is worked in the round.
The colour work ‘flash’ is worked using the Intarsia technique. The sides of the back and front and also the sleeves feature a rib design.
The sweater is designed to be worn with up to 4” (10cm) of positive ease (depending on size).
